It is a Starbucks just like a lot of other Starbucks butt-head great service and even though there was a decent line due to all the tourists in town this one worked very quickly. All told a lot of fun and a good place all
Nice Starbucks, coffee was very hot and strong. Beautiful building with some fun decor..... 4 stars is for being woke
The interior of this place awesome and I don't need to tell you guys about the views outside
One of the most beautiful Starbucks I've visited. And I've visited a lot in my travels. Three stories of coffee heaven is how I described it to our daughter.
The baristas were very pleasant and efficient; which, was a necessity as busy as it was. The walking distance location from all the hotels and attractions was a huge bonus as well.
Mackinaw is not an early morning city, so if you’re up and ready to go before 10 am, your latte options are limited. We like to try local cafes while we’re on our road trips, but ended up settling for Starbucks. The shop was cute. The coffee was good. They were very busy (hey, other shops in town, consider opening earlier than 10! There’s a market for it!), so our wait was long. The baristas were all business and not friendly at all, but as I said, it was very busy; they were doing their jobs. I debated between 3 and 4 stars; the negatives were the long wait and lack of friendliness, but they can’t help the crowd size. The shop was cute and the coffee was good; even better than the typical Starbucks at home, near Seattle.

Yea, this is the Starbucks with the zip line. I went in at 10:00am and there were 8 people behind the counter and one out front stocking straws and such. This place is across the street and 1 short block south of the Shepler's docks.
One day, I forgot my laptop and a book, and I realized when I took the bus that I didn't have my laptop, so I called Starbucks and asked for my laptop and my book. If they had found something and they said yes, you left here, but you can come get it and they gave me the available hours. The staff is really nice! And honest. Wow!
One of the nicer and cooler Starbucks we've been to. The lounge upstairs is a really cool space to sit and enjoy the views. It just so happened to rain, and we got to see a full rainbow!
Nice location and building. Prices are higher because it is not owned by Starbucks. They take Starbucks gift cards but I do not believe they accept Starbucks rewards. They have a nice lounge on the second floor, and there is a elevator if you are limited mobility or don’t want to spill your coffee. The lounge has cool views of the water and of the city, and the bathrooms are usually clean. There are outlets here, and couches, and free Wi-Fi! There is a zip line place on the top, but I never have seen it open before.
Beautiful location, lots of merchandise to browse & friendly staff.
