Starbucks

Totally unprofessional. Today at 7:15 I got in the drive-thru line along with several other cars only to find out that the store was not even open. No one inside at all. I drove around to the drive-thru window and saw the sign (drawn by a two-year-old) in the attached photo which seemed to indicate they would be open at 5:30 a.m. today. Come on Starbucks, you’re a world class company. Your logo is one of most recognized brands in the world. Who are you allowing to man the store in Macclenny? They’re hurting your brand.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. I came in on 4/17/22 at 8:45 am. There were literally 7 Starbucks reps in the store. No one greeted me. They did have time to stuff their face with some pink homemade pastry. I go to Starbucks and spend the up charge because y’all usually have happy eager to serve employees. I did not experience this at this Starbucks.

I know it may depend on what time of day you go, but personally, I’ve always had great experiences at this location. In this case it was a Sunday morning. They were extremely busy but they had 4+ people working and they were doing an excellent job. Mine was a pickup order, and there were many other orders there. The worker pointed out which was mine (since there were so many). The staff is friendly and it has a more small town feel unlike the city locations. I’d come back anytime.
