Jack In The Box

I ordered 20 tacos for my family as well as 3 Oreo shakes, 1 chocolate shake, and 1 vanilla shake. When I got to the window, they handed me 1 Oreo shake, 2 chocolate shakes, and one vanilla shake. I kindly said to the girl that I was missing an Oreo shake as she handed me the second chocolate shake I let her know that it was supposed to be Oreo. She just said, well I Accidentally made a chocolate instead of Oreo and proceeded to hand me the chocolate one. She never offered to make me the correct one. Just basically implied that chocolate is what she made and that’s what I’m getting. She did go make the extra shake that she forgot to make, but she should have corrected the mistake she made. Oh, and I only got 3 straws for 5 shakes. Also, Not even 1 of the tacos had any taco sauce or cheese on them. They were plain meat and lettuce. They literally tasted like cardboard. It was terrible. Don’t tacos come with cheese? I’ve never had to ask for cheese before. 20 tacos…. 0 cheese. I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I know people make mistakes. But this is getting ridiculous. Everywhere I go, people can’t get off of their phones long enough to pay attention to what they are doing. Your employees need to take more pride in their jobs. I pay for my food and I expect to get what I ask for. Not what you feel like giving me. I guess I should start pulling up to the drive through window and say, “Just give me whatever you think I need to eat. Because you won’t give me what I want.”

I got some coupons in the mail. Decided I would give jack in the box a visit. I wanted to dine in. Saw people sitting inside. Went to the door it’s locked. People sitting inside were employees. Didn’t bother to wave me off before pulling on the locked door. No signs saying lobby closed. Then two other employees standing outside on their smoke break. Didn’t say anything either. So it’s only open for drive thru. I left. Not gonna bother with them for now.

The food was about average for a jack in the box, nothing special about it. My main complaint is that the lobby was closed, there is a sign stating that due to employee shortages only the drive through is open. This didn't bother me as much because I've grown accustomed to eating in the vehicle. However; if only drive through is open please don't put condiments on the bottom of the food in the bag. Some of the packages aren't made to be sideways with weight on top of their side. I give a star deduction for no lobby and another for the sweet and sour sauce that ruptured on the bottom of the bag. It was nice to get plenty of napkins to wipe my leather seat though. Maybe along with condiments we could get a bit of leather conditioner too?😁

Gave me the wrong burger after a 25 minute wait in line. Brought it back and waited another 30 minutes at the curb. My burger never came... Dont worry though Jack in the box owner cause I'll never be back. Told my brother about being ripped off too, he also wont ever be back. Keep up the good work! It's not just the time issue. I paid for a burger and never got one. I contacted that website. I'll update everyone on whether or not they reimburse me. Ridiculous... Update: don't waste your time. They will not reimburse you. Treat these people like garbage when you go here. It's well deserved.

This location sucks. Only the drive thru open and they are either to dumb or don't have the common sense to hang a sign on the door letting you know the dinning room isn't open. But they'll let you stand out there and look at you however they let who they choose in to order their food. It's 10:30 on a Sunday morning btw.
