A really cool addition to a small town. Atmosphere is great and I have heard really good things! I tried a breakfast bowl with eggs, beans, tater tots, salsa and more. Temperature was not hot enough which did not pair well with the scrambled eggs. Next time, I think I’ll try a dinner bowl instead! Looking forward to seeing how this place does!
Absolutely great service from the servers. We loved the ambiance as well. Food was really good for the price. All in all, great experience and hidden gem in this town. Will definitely come back.
Arrived with a huge sports team, and was met with excellent and quick service and great food. After a day full of losses, Mosaic was the win we needed.

I stop by Mosaic anytime I want a fast but not "fast food" meal. They food is affordable and fresh! I always get a burrito, bring it home and throw it in a cast iron pan to heat it up and bam! Tastey, easy and affordable! Did I say they have a drive-thru Awesome customer service too!
Decent food, friendly staff. Definitely an option for something more healthy. . Nice to have many options including tofu.
One negative : the queso, it's the awful mass-produced cheap stuff you'd find at a carnival that taste like oil and water.
The food was flavorful and filling and the atmosphere is great, my only complaint was that the food itself was completely cold, and the staff seemed a little lost, however as they are new I feel that thing will likely improve as they fine tune the process, and the staff gets some more experience.(3 star original review)

I waited a few weeks then when back and tried them again and it was great, good price, excellent food, and great service. It was quick easy and delicious!
First thing I noticed when walking inside was how clean it is and how friendly staff is.
