Both times going recently the drive thru was blocking entrance to the restaurant parking. There needs to be better drive thru directions to follow. Food is great! The mint chip shakes are really good. Yummy 😋

Always asked to pull into a parking space to wait for my order… fifteen minutes minimum wait and fifteen minutes minimum wait in the drive thru. That’s 30 minutes of a large truck idling and gas isn’t cheap. More often than not they forget something in the order. Tonight it was driving all the way home and realizing that my sons food wasn’t in the bag. Now, fifteen minutes to drive back, wait in the drive thru line and then get the food they forgot. Not even a thank you, or a free meal, or something for the trouble. Then, a fifteen minute drive home. That’s an hour of driving and idling in a large truck. With gas prices, the gas I spent cost more than what I paid at this DQ.

Was charged $4 for a large lemonade with strawberry flavor not told I was gonna be charged extra. And the lemonade was completely watered down, Tried calling store and nobody answers the phone.

Very disrespectful to customers!! I used to love this place as a hang out but not anymore. I recommend this Dairy Queen if you like to be yelled at for not wearing a mask and to be kicked out for not picking up a ketchup packet you dropped.

Perhaps a biased review since I worked here as both crew and manager but that just means I have inside info! Service is always fast and awesome. They make mistakes just like any human does, but I've never had a bad experience as a customer. Working there was an awesome addition to my resume and gave me a lot more respect for fast food workers.

I would leave zero star but forced to leave one star. Don’t go to lynden wa Dairy Queen. Very rude employees working there. They screwed up my wife’s and my order and refused to remake it. They gave us back our money and the girl working at the drive thru window slammed the window on us. She was very rude and I will be contacting Dairy Queen corporative. She basically almost assaulted my wife almost hitting her with the window when she went to slam it shut. Thinking about filing a lawsuit against her.
