Only leaving a star because it’s required to in order to leave this review. Ordered kids food off kid menu 3oz sirloin and fruit cup and 3oz sirloin and baked potato. The steak with potato was well done as requested but had a hair on it and the one with fruit cup was so raw it was oozing blood the napkin on plate was soaked with blood, fruit cup was a cheap bulk item from Costco. Sent steak back after trying a good six times to flag waitress down, ok sent it back it comes back burnt on the outside dripping blood on the inside. My steak reeked of fish and tasted like fish beyond disgusting. So again try to flag down waitress and it takes forever. Complain about my kids steak again, who at this point is eating my baked potato and veg and waitress goes to kitchen, a good fifteen minutes pass chef comes out, says “I hear there’s a problem so it’s explained to him about the meat, the fruit cup and the fact that one person at the table is literally not eating because of the error, he begins to argue the meat was ordered medium rare not well done ummm all three were ordered well done and it was stressed then he begins to argue kids sirloin is a sz four ounce when pointed out that menu says they are three he comes back with I’m the owner they are four ounces well sir your menu say three and he says I don’t know what my menu says………. Then proceeded to argue that my sirloin sz was a twelve not the six which by the way was almost the same sz as my kids, as in just a hair bigger. The whole entire time he’s looming over the table coughing, nose running and wiping his nose on his hands which are then wiped on his apron. As soon as this is pointed out he looses it and says he is comping the meal never come back. Not only will I not come back I strongly recommend others not eat there. As soon as he moved away from the table we got up to leave I look over he’s going back to his kitchen straight to the stove no stop to wash his hands which have been repeatedly used as a tissue and no gloves. Not only is sanitary measures not being followed, I question how meat is stored. It’s very obvious corners are being cut at this establishment the fruit cup and canned juice a prime example. Booth seat was duct taped and the cover on table was ripped and coming off. Took over an hour to get a sub par and raw meal. Only to deal with a rude chef owner. Eat there at your own risk.
