Bojangles

I go here far more often than I care to admit. And overall the food is always good. Maybe 1 in 10 times i have someone mess up my order. And about 1 in 10 times I have someone really give me attitude, though I feel as though I never see the people who give me attitude more than once. Which leads me to believe the management does a good job of rotating out the bad eggs. There are some employees such as a kind woman who always calls me honey that I absolutely adore. The wait is horrible, it always feels like it takes longer than it needs to, and whether that's because of their location or being understaffed, I'm unsure. But be warned odds are good you'll be waiting upwards of 25 minutes some days.

While I love Bojangles, I'm sometimes disappointed in the service at the old forest road location. Incorrect orders, poor customer service, and quality of food stand out as less than desirable as I write this review. I used to make large orders for my company but have since moved my business to a competitor due to the reasons I've mentioned.

This was a really, really bad experience. Out of the five people we saw inside, NONE of them were wearing their mask correctly (under the nose/just covering the bottom lip), as well as an older man who had his mask completely down and the woman who gave us our order having her mask simply covering her chin. Other than bad covid practice, they also messed up my order and forgot not one, but two things. I completely sympathize with working during such a stressful time period— but this is simply unsanitary and made me extremely uncomfortable. Please do better for you + for the weakest in our community.
