Darius and Megan are awesome they were working hard they had online as well as me and four other customers. They were calm they were cool they were working they were accurate without orders they also changed gloves they washed their hands and they gave us courtesy and apologize for the wait. From now on I will be visiting this Subway either for lunch or after work . to Darius and Megan thank you so much for your awesome customer service.

This Subway does not serve customers with disabilities. They were not even willing to accommodate a person with a health condition that prevented them from wearing a mask. They will be reported for their lack of accommodation to disabilities and possibly be subject to a $75,000 fine unless they change their policies. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY Edit: I did report them to the ADA. I will be happy to change my review if the policies are changed.

Mold in the bathroom! It seems like every time i visit a subway they are always snappy employees. I didn’t want the ends of the tomato on my sub bc it was discolored and the employee got frustrated.

This Subway is clean, and is pretty fast. I came by to get three subs and was in and out within fifteen despite there being a line upon my arrival. They also seem to be taking appropriate safety measures during the pandemic. Looking forward to returning.

Ebony was sure to make me feel that I was inconveniencing her when I tried to order subs for my family. When I asked for my order of 3 subs she made sure to immediately roll her eyes and sigh with frustration that I had made this order. She apparently could not handle the 3 subs on her own so she angrily demanded that her coworkers come help her. While all the staff members were asking me questions about each sub at the same time I naturally made a mistake. However I immediately caught my mistake and corrected it for them with an apology. My apology was accepted by Ebony shaking her head with more anger and frustration due to my small mistake. She was sure to explain in front of me to her co-workers that she was "irritable today" and just didn't have time for this. I would maybe understand this if my order was made during a peak business time with many people in the line. That would be a little inconvenient. However, that was not the case. I was the only one in line.

Edit: Down one star. Stood in line for 20 minutes, they made my sub, finally made it to check out, they tell me they are not accepting anything but cash that day. It would have been nice to have known this before I stood in line for so long. When I told the woman I dont carry cash she said "I dont know what to tell you..." What great service that response is, no apology at all. I got fed up and walked out. This Subway seems to have an abnormally large turn over rate as you see new faces staffing it monthly. The service is hit and miss. At times they are smiling and engaged, while at others they're barely listening to you and very rushed, even if you're the only customer. Overall the food isn't bad, it's Subway so you get what you pay for, but the service needs to keep improving if they want the experience to be enjoyable and anything more than just a rush.
