Stayed there May 28-29, 2022 for a function: 1. Staff friendly 2. Parking great 3. Carpet smelled musty 4. No hot water for shower 5. Key card reader malfunction 6. No hotel restaurant/bar. Paying $146 w/tax should have a restaurant. 7. The catered food for the event (ribs-tuff, chicken wing-blood at the bone, green beans cold). Last but most important, a roach on the beside table. Knocked over lamp, telephone trying to kill it. But it blended in with the carpet and hid under the extra bed. NEVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND

Bruh. I do not recommend until things majorly change. They need a maintenance crew, understaffed. See; air filter on heater/AC luckily we brought our own fan but goodness… Holes in curtains, furniture starting to fall apart, floor felt lopsided on 6th floor. Good location but stuff of nightmares. Smoking in stairwell. Fire alarm at 1am which apparently isn’t the first time. This was a couple weeks ago. Coffee machine in room hadn’t been cleaned. Desperately in need of upgrades.

I stayed there May 27&28 2022 I was in Lynchburg for my nieces graduation … dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was dirty, carpet had pink stains, furniture was busted, the AC had open electrical showing, no working shower, had to wash my hair in the sink. My son and his family were supposed to stay both nights also, but they decided not to stay the 28th, since their room was dirty as well, bathtub so dirty they wouldn’t even give my grandchildren a bath in it. I heard others that were staying mention the same. Also heard that it was a Holiday Inn hotel,,, I am shocked if that is true. I have no clue how they stay in business. I would give zero stars if I could..

Do NOT stay here! There were flying waterbugs in my room going up the wall an in the bed. Absolutely disgusting. I then reported to front desk where he refunded my stay as he should have. Then the morning front desk person was called in morning where they recharged my card for my stay and she was very nasty over the phone. I will be reporting this to the health department due to health concerns of my fiancé who got sick during our stay here and the better business bureaus for her unprofessionalism.
