Nice staff, but food was cold. I guess they weren't able open the dining area due to staff shortages. I was surprised that the food was cold because there were only 2 customers, including myself. Lol I've been a fan of Hardee's since the first time I had a Frisco Angus Burger
8 years ago. I'm from the Massachusetts area, we don't have this franchise in our area. I was so excited to have my family tried it. Their response was "meh". Haha Honestly, I think it was just the location.

Basic.. I stopped eating at Hardees years ago but wanted some onion rings quick and on the go. Ordered a large and got a small in a large container. The pic is what I got. They were ok tasting so I gave them a 2.

Service not good. Chicken tenders and fries cold. Hot dog bun was stale and not warm. I approached girl at counter who I assumed was manager. When I told her about the food, she more or less said it's where it was under warmer and had been setting. This was at 12:15 p.m. I td her that she couldn't satisfy customers serving cold food. I had talked to other customers who got chicken strips also and they said theirs was cold too. May need to get on top of this ASAP, or you'll find the store closing.
