Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a shot since I'm looking for a new Chinese restaurant. And to be honest, I'm not looking elsewhere. We showed up and found out that they where only doing takeout, but the staff member was super helpful and patient. Everything we got was freshly made or fried, and was really really good! It was packaged well and traveled home just fine. Overall very impressed and will definitely be ordering again.

I won’t be upset if Jade Palace never reopens.. the last time I visited they were very rude. The fortune cookies have a thing in them that says “learn Chinese”. I asked the waitress if I was pronouncing it right. She said “I don’t know”. The owner also refused to tell me if I was pronouncing it right. I kindly asked the owner to write “I love you” in Chinese on a piece of paper for my husband. I wanted to present him with the paper when I arrived home. The owner said “That’s weird, I can’t do that for you.” How’s that weird? Awful business!!!

Lo mein with shrimp. Very salty. Taste was good however. Shrimp was small and not very many. New normal I guess.

Food was bland and missing items.
I ordered two dishes, since I wanted to try this place for the first time. One of the packages had been wrapped up on its side for some reason, and burned my hand with spilled liquid when I tried to open the bag. I’m not sure why it was packaged this way, instead of packing everything upright. All the other packages in the bag were set correctly, this one was set on its side on purpose for some reason.
The other dish was room temperature and didn’t come with any of spices, sauces, or flavorings that the menu said it would (ordered the Peking Style Softshell Crab, only got the crab itself unflavored and nothing else in the box). Order came super fast, but that’s about the only positive. I ended up taking the meal apart and re-cooking some of it myself with better flavorings...
Would not pay those prices for food lower quality than just going to Panda or something. Stick to Mikado or Izakaya instead.

I order at least twice a month from Jade Palace. I always get delivery since I don't have a car. Food is always HOT and fresh. I havent had any issues with them. Friendly when they deliver too!

Well, I got sat first and the people behind me were able to get the wonton strips and sauce before me. They were asked for their order before me too. Now they are eating and I haven’t received anything yet. I was here at least ten mins before them. The margarita i good. Oh just got my food...

Food is always good and portions are generous. Takeout has always been ready at requested time. Don’t appreciate charge for using credit card.

I have been here many times and have never had a problem. The food has always been exactly as we ordered and quite delicious. Some people complain the price is too high, but with the amount of food you actually get, it is totally worth it. I’ve always had enough left over to have a second meal.
The thing I love most about this place is the garden they have behind the restaurant. I have watched them care for that garden and then pick the vegetables and take them inside for use. It doesn’t get any fresher than that! Highly recommend!!
