Culver's

Out of all the Culver’s I’ve been to….the staff here is by FAR the friendliest! We were greeted with a very loud and proud “Welcome to Culver’s!” it was the type of welcoming you could actually feel and knew it was genuine. I placed an order online, and it came back slightly different than what I ordered. However, the staff took care of it ASAP with a smile on their face too! It’s almost like they were happy a mistake was made, and simply saw it as an opportunity to be an even better company and employee! :) We were indeed impressed. Despite how popular they were….their restaurant remained super clean inside and out and up to par. We were so happy with the service we received today. Their cute outdoor seating was very welcoming, their food was fresh, and overall it hit the spot. Thanks Culver’s!

This is the best burger I've had in a long time. I didn't even know that Culver's had burgers. I thought that they only sold fish sandwiches. My burger was cooked just right. The patty a little crisp on the outside around the edges but juicy on the inside. Just pure goodness! Fresh toppings. Bacon was not overcooked,, pickles & onions had a little thick crunchy(in a good way) added flavor & the cheese was melted. It all came together perfectly. Fries were good too. Also the customer service is AWESOME! I'll be a repeat customer on my cheat days!! I want to explore the entire menu in the future. Kudos to Culver's

For me, Culver's is not consistent. When they originally came to Tampa Bay I was impressed, not so much anymore. My choice is usually the fish sandwich, which never has an adequate amount of lettuce, shredded cheese or tartar sauce. On this particular visit, I even mentioned the scarcity of condiments and was told "I got you". You can tell from the picture that was not the case.

Had a great experience today and wanted to share. I went through the drive through, everyone was really great. As I was waiting for my food someone came out and let me know it will be just a couple moments longer because of something that happened to my chicken sandwich in the fryer. I was offered free custard or something for the extra wait time which I declined. Then shortly after that my food was rushed outside and again someone apologized and then told me I had a coupon for my next visit. Every person I interacted with was so nice and I really didn't wait very long for fresh food. Great experience Culver's. Many thanks.
