Employees are extremely rude. Stopped in for lunch and ordered a sandwich with no mayo. The employee behind the counter proceeded to put mayo on my sandwich before I could stop her. I managed to stop her after she already added some to my sandwich and she didn’t offer to make me a new sandwich, apologize, scrape it off, or even respond. Very poor customer service.

SHORTY has absolutely no business working customer service anywhere. I approached the register and she asked me what I wanted, I said a sandwich and she said, “Well stand down there then!”, pointing to the other end of the counter. I was taken back by this attitude and very relieved when another associate approached to take my order. I told the other associate I wanted the all-american club as she was opening the station and Shorty interrupted me saying, “Wait till shes ready to tell her” and at this point I knew I did not want to hear anymore from Shorty but I kept my mouth shut and politely ordered from the other associate. When my sandwich was done in the toaster Shorty grabs it out hastily, TELLS ME what veggies come on it and when I started requesting the veggies I wanted Shorty interrupted me AGAIN, this time very rudely saying “NO, you don’t tell ME what comes on it” at this point I had enough and told her forget it, I don’t want it then followed by some words about her totally unnecessary attitude. The associates failed to provide me with a store number to file a complaint. This all happened 06/29/22 around 11:30 am. I find it very convenient that “Shorty” fails to provide her actual name, something tells me this isn’t her first time being miserable and unnecessarily rude to customers at work. I have NEVER been told I can’t pick my veggies on a sub at Subway.

Worker came in and clocked in, then proceeded to begin checking me out (someone had already made my sub) and wiped her nose with her hand and proceeded to use the register, then wipe her nose again. Then reached over and began wrapping my other sandwich (with NO gloves OR WASHING her hands.) so I went to the back of the line and asked her to remake it after the line had went down. The younger kid (kayla?) was super nice and the older woman questioned as to why I NEEDED it redone, as if that wasn’t a good enough reason???? And the older woman continued with an attitude as well as the one that had wiped her nose and still yet to put gloves on. S/o to the customer who decided to get an attitude and run her mouth causing a scene and not knowing what was going on. And the older woman feeding into the customer complaining and proceeding to toss my remade sub onto the counter and roll her eyes.

Not giving it a one star cause of the food cause the food was delicious but the next time i see Carolyn push a employee off the register cause she says shes going home but instead just wants the run the register herself i will call corporate she needs to be fired
