Visited mid afternoon on a Saturday. Service was reasonably quick based on the staffing and how busy it was. Food quality was excellent across the board. Wife had a Chicken Enchalada and I had the Pork Carnitas. Both arrived on a very full platter and exceptionally hot. Good value for the money and has made its way to become our go-to Mexican place.
Food was excellent. The chicken and steak were both very tender. My margarita was a good mix of sweet and tart. Service was quick and professional. Our waiter was well versed in the menu and items they were out of. I will definitely be going back!
Really good experience. Staff was incredibly friendly, interior was clean, ambiance was excellent. The restaurant was busy when we got there and it took our server a little long to greet us but it was due to the restaurant being short staffed. The guy was trying real hard to serve everyone, so I don't fault him at all. That being said, our food and drinks came out quickly and the experience was outstanding!
Ixtapa is one of our favorite places for Mexican food and does not dissappint.
We are generally regular customers and have no complaints, but this last visit the food overall was good. Nothing was over cooked or undercooked. It just lacked a certain kind of pizzaz (spice) for my salmon dish. And the server who was at the bar didn't appear to really want to be there. Maybe next time.
Took my wife to go try their fajitas. All I can say is the food was fantastic!!!! Establishment was very clean. Server was very experienced and professional. The Establishment theme of the restaurant was very nice. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food!!!
The place had friendly staff that welcomed us in and waited on us. I really enjoyed the salsa, it wasn't too spicy but had a bit of a kick. Most of the food was top notch, I did find the fried foods--chimichangas, chili relleno, and chips-- a bit too cooked for my taste, but the enchiladas were perfect. I will be going back.
A very amazing place and atmosphere so welcoming 🙏I loved the authentic chairs and the waitress was exceptional even though she was very busy and the bus staff was great and on top of there job with salsa and chips I have ordered fish 🐟tacos 🌮many place around the area and the one's here were hands down best in the area and when the plates came I was like wow i shouldn't have ordered the burrito on top of the enormous portion but was happy because I got a second dinner from it highly recommend place and thank you for the amazing experience
