Server: Yes sir we have iced coffee…blah blah blah Server: *takes my order* 0402 Customer finally receives sausage biscuit and hashbrown. Even though he was one of two people in line…. Ps: This caramel iced coffee looks like caramel water…

I like to come to this McDonald's because the Americano here is cheaper than in dedicated coffee shops and it's not half bad! The service is professional and friendly but there are times when the drive-through line can get quite backed up and I've had an order or two that felt like it was forgotten because it took so long for them to bring it out. My preference is to go in the dining area because it's kept clean and has been freshly updated. Also it's rarely crowded because it seems most people use the drive-thru at this particular McDonald's. Routinely I will bring a book and sit down at this location to have coffee. One of the assistant managers here is particularly friendly professional and helpful.

So I decided to stop by this location and let me just say the service was horrible. I went to order my food and the person was very rude, and when I asked for a manger to let them know how there employees talk to customers he was basically laughing at me and said he would take care of it. Which I highly doubt he did anything. Your employees may talk rude to there momma and daddy but I be damned if they are going to talk to me like they were. To the young man who came to the window thank you for being so nice and kind, and I hope your customer service gets noticed idk your name but thank you. You are appreciated by some people. Keep up the good work.

Just like any other fast food place this McDonald's is a disgusting disgrace. Filthy dirty they don't clean their meat isn't real meat the chicken isn't real chicken they charge you $12 for a meal and the fries are cold the burgers not done right it is just pathetic it's time to start cooking at home people
