Long John Silver's

10/10 all the way! The lady who took our order was happy & kind! She greeted us as soon as we walked up. The man who brought our food to our table was kind & thoughtful. He apologized for the long wait, but the wait was under 15 minutes, which is not a long time, considering our food was PERFECT! We got 2 of the Variety Platters which consisted of 2 fish & 6 shrimp. All BIG pieces! I got green beans & corn. The other person got fries & green beans. The fries are thicker than other fast food restaurants nearby & boy oh boy! The fries were delicious. We actually couldn’t finish our food! Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! Tartar sauce & ketchup were on point! And the Sweet Tea! Who made it?! Geeez! We got seconds! Sooooo good! Can you tell we were happy with our dining experience?! lol yes we rang the bell to show our pleasure. Check em out!

Food was very good, fresh and hot. I had lobster bites, fish, hush puppies, coleslaw and a crab cake. Jesus brought my food but forgot my coleslaw. He returned, apologized again and gave me two of them. He was very kind and attentive to us, offering to bring me some plastic utensils. I noticed he treated the other customers with the same kindness. I hadn't been there in several years...building is in complete disrepair, outside and in. However, I know that several LJS are shutting down and that the business is not going well. so I feel like owners of the chain may think they shouldn't remodel if the business is bad anyways; expecting it to completely tank soon. It's unfortunate because LJS still has customers in it's open stores, give them nice surroundings.

Drove up to place a order with no one else in line. Only a couple of cars in the parking lot. Was 9:40 pm. No one took my order. After a couple of minutes I backed up and drove up to the order menu again. Still no response. Finally drove through without ordering and a girl inside just watched me as I drove past.

Good service, good food, guy behind the register was very attentive and easy to communicate and courteous, wished at other restaurants they had someone like that behind the register but you barely get a hi or how may I help you from them or they talk under their tongue and can barely understand what they are saying. Keep up the good work LJS!!

I dropped in for a late lunch yesterday and should have left when I stepped out of the car, because the place is filthy! Seriously needs a good floor to ceiling cleaning. If the front of the house isnasty, I can imagine what the rest looks like. Plus, as I was eating, a worker came out with the mop bucket, parked it right beside my booth and started mopping. I asked him to move it away from me because it smelled so strongly. He did, about 3 feet.🙄 I just got up and threw the rest of my meal away and left. Never again.
