Taco Bell

Went through the drive thru and ordered my normal “number 7” when I got to the window I was told that they had just ran out of chicken and they can do steak at no up charge. (Up charge is 30 cents) I said okay that’s fine since it was going to be free. The manager had apparently told them “no I’m not doing it for free” and ended up charging me for it without me knowing. I always look at my receipt and I saw that I was charged… now yes, it’s only 30 cents but it is the point of matter. I know it wasn’t the girls fault in the drive they window because she said she thought I heard him say that. But I would not have gotten it if I would have heard him say that. The manager should have done better. I am not impressed.. come on Taco Bell. As a regular customer who is there a lot. I am pretty upset. UPDATE… they also forgot my taco sauce 🤧

Some places need to take pride in their food, taco bell on timberland gave me what you see in the picture. I took it back to the manager and told him what i got LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I GOT! Hardly any meat as compared to the picture, looked as if it had already been eaten....was not pleased. My meal looked just like the photo don't you think?

Extremely fast service! And the food was good, and it wasn't a mess to eat it was actually put together and look nice and was not just thrown together as fast as they could like they were in a rush. I give my experience a 9 because of how fast I got my food. I didn't have time to sit down after I had ordered before they were handing me my food. And it was around 10 at night on a Saturday.
