I would give a 5 but had to return to restaurant to get order fixed. Me and my mother ordered take out. Normally I check the order before I leave but I didn't this time. When we arrived home, first thing i noticed was the gravy was like water/ warm milk (very thin). Then I noticed the steak fingers were hard. Called the restaurant and was told to bring food back with receipt and they would make it new. Between the time I called and arrived the manager had went to another store to get fresh steak fingers and they thickened up the gravy. We originally ordered a 6 piece but they replaced it with an 8 piece. Food was awesome after they corrected.

Burger was delicious. Drive thru was a little too busy, but no one really likes getting out and going in nowadays. So that was to be expected. Love the ice cream. Need to go more often just for the soft serve. The staff was extra friendly 🤣

Took grand baby for her first icecream cone. No where but Dairy Queen. Fast friendly service. employees were great. Forgot our drinks but so did we no big deal.

Jessica is amazing!!! She always makes sure all my orders are correct and fresh and exactly how I want it. She’s so polite and caring. I have never had an issue with going to DQ on John Reditt. Love this place!

The wasn't that great but it wasn't the worst ever. Out dominion rings again but made do with fries. Taco salad and steak finger basket were ok. Nacho cheese was orange water

Extremely slow drive thru service, upon getting to the window the only item I ordered was melting as she handed it to me as if it was prepared long before I got it. So disappointed ☹️

Jessica is unpolite at the window taking orders. ALSO they were out of 2 different blizzard flavors and the fries were old.

Terrible customer service. Waited over 35 minutes. When she handed me my food I said thank you and she looked at me and shut the window.
