Chili's

Great food! Affordable prices. Happy Hour every Sunday in the bar. Lunch specials on weekdays. Also the 3/ $10.99 specials are really awesome. Also, if you haven't already, you should sign up for the Chili's Rewards Program. Free chips and salsa everytime..... If you use your Rewards frequently, you'll get random rewards.... Plus on your birthday, you get a free dessert.

We like their food a lot. The last time we went for curbside delivery we received message saying our order was ready. There were 2 cars already parked We waited and 2 more cars came up and their food was delivered before ours. The second car that was before us was finally given their food. We still waited. After about fifteen minutes and others being given orders and ours probably sitting and getting cold we drove off.. .Someone wasn't doing their job.

WILL NOT GO BACK UNTIL THEY GET A NEW BARTENDER!! I sat at the bar tonight, 6/1/22 from 6:30PM CT until 8:30. The bartender obviously knew the other 4 people sitting at the bar on a personal basis, while I got the cold shoulder, I was the 5th person, she did not know me on a personal basis like the other 4 persons sitting at the bar. If Chili's only wants their bartender's friends to be customers so be it. I will go elsewhere! And will go elsewhere until they get a new bartender, there is no lack of restaurants in Lufkin with friendly wait staff. Gave her a tip to match the poor service, I hope she got the message, but who cares!

Had a salad, but the croutons must have been picked up off of the floor....hard as rocks. I asked the waiter to help me with a problem,and he said, "Were those croutons Stale?" I said"Were you expecting them to be stale" and he answered "yeah they are sometimes". Wow.... So I asked for more ...he brought them ..they were worse. What is it with Lufkin restaurants...other than Golden Corral (where you wait on yourself anyway), restaurant service sucks. If you're outta town, and stop here to eat...you were warned... My "worst" 3 in Lukin.. 1. LUFKIN BBQ 2. RAYS DRIVE IN. 3. CHICK FIL A ON WEST LOOP ( THE NEW ONE).
