El Rancho

Met at door friendly, brought to table and seeing a young lady wiping all tables down over and over ..host brought our drinks right away. Lady brought our chips and salsa yummy to tummy that salsa . Host he brought our food fast and hot. Checked on us twice and refill drinks and chips n salsa. Wow hot and great food just like moms. Brought box for left overs and bill. We relaxed enjoying drinks after meal. We left content and full. Loved every minute spent with hubby we will returned . Ty all !

Well, usually this place is awesome, not today. I took my wife and a close friend there for lunch. I got my usual, the spicy hot burrito, there was nothing spicy about it, my wife her normal seafood dish and my friend some dry burrito. The service was great, the food came out fast from the kitchen and then again in the bathroom! Needless to say we all were having stomach issues, I still am 4hours later. Taco bell tastes better than what we had. Needless to say after today and spending $70 for a down right awful experience, I won't be going back again! I'll be sticking with Scotty's Restaurant or if I want Mexican in Ludington, I'll go to taco bell!!

We were there on 5/22/22. We were met with the host right away, and given our drinks, chips and salsa right away...great...I ordered a meal and told them I was allergic to avacados...while waiting the lady was wiping the tables and setting them... great .. until she dropped the silverware on the floor and picked it up and used it to set the table!!! Then my son-in-laws meal came and it was missing part of the food..sent it back to have more food missing...then my meal came with guacamole!!! Really ...don't pick it off my plate. ..he was upset with me for even saying anything...forget it, I gave my plate to my son-in-law who didn't get his food right either...pay attention!!! Won't be going back!!You could have made me very sick by picking the guacamole off....it's oils were touching the lettuce and other things on the plate.
