After sitting here for over ten minutes and after moving to three different stalls due them not working, we left. Several of the employees came by several times and didn’t even take the time to say, hey we will be with you in a minute. Won’t be doing business here any more!

Waited 10 minutes with no answer after hitting the button. Had to ask a worker that was leaving to get someone to take my order. A young man came out laughing and took my order. It popped up on the screen and another worker asked over the intercom what else I wanted because I pushed the button more than once. My suggestion is, if a stall isn't working they should shut it off.

I only go for a shake or Slushie. The price of the Meals isn't worth it especially when they can't even get the order right and you wait 10 minutes and your food still cold. No understanding

I'm completely addicted to sonic ice! I'm 52 and believe I would break down and cry if sonic stopped offering bags of their ice. And they have the best hamburger's hands down! I go to sonic at the least 3 times a week, mostly just for my bag of ice!!!! But the staff that takes your order is very rude and sometimes will ignore the light as long as they can . I've actually called the sonic customer service because they wouldn't take my order and both cars on either side was treated the same.

We stopped in had three sonic blast. Waitress was really nice and helped us on our order and payment.
