I've never given a restaurant a one-star rating but I had to here. I waited until we had visited this location half a dozen times before writing the review. I know sometimes you can have a one-time bad experience, but that's not the case here. This restaurant is very poorly managed, the staff is undertrained and the environment is just bad. I've owned a small quick-service restaurant in the past, but you don't have to be experienced to see all that is wrong with this location. The past 3 times we've visited, the only person that has spoken to us has been the speaker box at the drive thru. Once you get to the two windows no one says a word, you get dirty looks and very poor service. Our order has never been correct or fresh, which we would have at least expected fresh and warm since you wait 15 minutes in the drive thru. This place seriously needs some changes in management styles and standards.
