People were very nice, manager super nice. However the food took a very long time. He was very apologetic and gave us free drink and extra large juice. My egg mcmuffin was excellent. So is a 3 because it took so long and we were on the road trying to get to our destination asap.

Ordered at drive thru and was told to pull around which I was fine with because it was a large order. Then I was promptly forgotten about and sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody came outside to look for me. Went inside and they said “we thought you left”. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they offered to remake the order.

Staff is incredibly rude. I never got my order and when I call to get my money back they keep hanging up on me. The last time she said "we're busy" and hung up on me.

Well if the person in front of us didn't drive off. It might have been ok. Got the drive thru person flustered.

We ordered 4 pies which they did say they had and technically they did but they gave them to the car in front of us instead of his order.... again when you go to McDonald's expecting failure and you think wow they will get it right.... wrong they find a way to fail

Out of the 6 items we ordered, 3 were wrong. Even though we repeated the order and asked her to double check the order, it was still wrong.

It seems to be a trend at all the area McDonald's that the person who takes the money is polite but the person at the food window is rude and very disrespectful. Throwing the bag seems to be a rule.
