Flavors were there. Facilities needed to be cleaned. I'm sure they had a busy day, but there were 2 people running 1 register.

I was very disappointed with my service yesterday! They had one girl that was making the orders and bagging chips and also working the register. The manager wasn’t doing anything, he would walk to the front and then went right back to the back. Not once did he offer to help her or help customers! Not that the girl at the front was much help either! She was more focused on flirting with the guy in front of me. It took about 15 mins just to get waited on! By the time it was my turn the line was already to the end of the restaurant. Even the man behind was upset!!! This is no way to run a business….

I got the bowl with white rice, steak, red salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Food is good. Most of everything on the hot side looked dry and crusted besides carnitas and barb. Dining room is dirty. I heard other customers sitting next to me complaining about it as well.

Terrible experience. Incredibly messy seating area, kitchen had messes and dirty dishes piled up. Rice undercooked (still crunchy), meat had large chunks of gristle/cartilage.

This might be the worst location I have ever been to across multiple states. I’m amazed at their inability to cook rice properly as well as keep their workstations clean. Somehow almost always looks like they are getting paid to waste as much food as possible. It either needs new management, or a new owner

Was my first time to visit Chipotle.
I was so disappointed!
As soon as we walked in. I saw dirty tables and trash on floor.
Place looked dirty.
Steam table where all food was looked really messy and not kept up.

The entire place is covered in food and trash. The kitchen has rice and avocado skin scattered everywhere. Honestly the nastiest restaurant experience I’ve had. On top of that, they filled our chip bag with like 12 chips. It’s a no from me.

The fajita veggies are my favorite add-in, and they have been out of them the last 3 times I have ordered from here. I would not have ordered Chipotle if I had known there would be no veggies, but the app doesn't tell you. Now that is has been 3 straight times, I think this location has gone rogue and just doesn't make them? I'm gonna stick to other locations.
