Mcdonald's

I was real satisfied when I went to go eat I went through dining excellent service manager was on point very satisfied customer hours fries were just perfectly perfectly crispy delicious hot fresh Burger was on point and oh I forgot to mention the frappe I had and the cappuccino the cappuccino was excellent I just fell in love with it. The crew there did amazing job I really want to give compliment to the manager.

They can do so much better here. Employees are rude with no hospitality training all. Managers are no help at all to the employees nor the customers. It honestly was so sad to have had such a bad experience eating and working here. The managers have no management training at all and I know his first hand. They don't help teach the crew how to do their job so go easy on them. The managers are so rude and unprofessional. The crew could improve as well. Me and my guy at the time ate here once and we both got sick. The store seems to be clean, but it is far from that. The employees (including the managers..listen, I've seen it!)DO NOT CLEAN FROM THE COUNTERS BACK..yes, where the food is being prepped prepared and cooked. Too much opportunity missed. Sorry but this is my HONEST REVIEW.

Usually long wait times. Came here once at night and experienced some incredibly rude employees and have not been bad since. Prior to that, I was a regular and came here almost every morning for coffee and the relatively frequent burger, but no longer. In fact, I was coming here so frequently at one point that the morning shift started to know me and loved me. Anyways, probably for the best. Definitely isn’t great to be eating McDonald’s all that often.

Nice staff! Good service! Quick! Clean! Only issue is they need to work on making the customer feel good while they are there other than that it is great! Also the other workers there need to say hi or how are u doing today so the guests can feel like they care about u being there instead of making u feel like ur just another person. I say give this place a try!
