I placed a mobile app order for convenience and to pick up quickly. When I get to the restaurant they proceed to tell me to pull around and they will bring out my food. Strike 1... I wait about 10 minutes and they finally bring out my order. Strike 2... I specifically ask what appeared to be a manager who brought out my food if they put syrup, butter, and utensils in the bag. He assured me they did. I get to work and no syrup, no butter, and no fork. Plus I had 2 drinks that were marked on the lid wrong so I had 3 unhappy people. Normally don't give a bad review but when you ask specifically and none of what they assured you is in the bag is really there. Strike 3...

Ordered online and spent almost $30 on food for me and a few friends and they didn’t even give us what we ordered. They were busy but I didn’t even get a double qtr pounder

2 times today... 2 times, and probably the 5th time in the past 2 weeks they messed up. Every morning we go for breakfast and my daughter eats it on the way to school. This morning I ordered breakfast for my daughters and myself (2 orders of biscuits and gravy, a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown), pull out of the parking lot, no silverware for the biscuits and gravy and no sausage biscuit. We were already running late, so my daughter had to try to eat her food with her fingers! Tonight we ordered dinner and they forgot the order of nuggets.... the sauces were there but no nuggets. I am just done with this one.... done....Horrible. The only thing good about this McDonald's is the older gentleman at the window in the morning... he is amazing, so shout out to him!

I usually have a good experience with this McDonalds, but this go it seemed like Noone wanted to be there. The girl that worked the drive through and took my order would cut me off when ordering and then give me the heavy sigh when I corrected the order I just got straight attitude the whole time. I then had to go back in the building due to missing items and I stood there about 6 mins while be ing passed by three different employees before finally being asked "what did I want" just like that.

I was there this afternoon about 3:30. Black girl at the window didn't say one word to me. Just handed me my drink, then the straw then shut the window. When the food was ready she just handed it to me, still not saying one word, closed the window and turned her back. I don't know how long she's worked there but she had a sour personality and has no people skills at all. She needs to be fired. Worst I've ever seen. I won't be back.

This mcdonalds needs to make some serious changes, just went through the drive-thru and the manager wouldn’t give me what i paid for after yelling at us. which we did nothing to deserve that kind of experience. will be calling their corporate office and hopefully they all get fired bc other people shouldn’t have to get this horrible service they provide.

Went to this McDonald’s and I experienced the worst customer service. The manger yelled at me, and refused to replace a drink that was incorrect. She made a fuss about me pulling forward when I was told to at the speaker. They need to make some serious changes, starting with customer service.

if i could give yall a zero star i would. my wife and i came here to eat at 2:00am they said it was closed for 20 minutes we come back a hour later and they dont come on thru the drive thru we call no answer then i call them who ever picks up the phone was so rude and disrespectful im going to the higher people in this business that they have a rude and very disrespectful employees who work for them it makes them look bad for having people like that running a business and keep in mind this place is 24/7 very disappointed in this business i will not be coming back
