This location USED to be great! Not sure if its new management or what. Whatever it is, the last few months their service has been terrible, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO MY ORDER IS WRONG. Forget talking to the managers, they argue with u even though all they needed to do was correct their mistakes. I've worked in drive thru and I understand the challenges. Still no excuse for poor management. I had to eat around the burnt parts, but u can clearly see the issue. And it's hard. Old hard.

Had two separate orders, first order was given to the customer in front of us, my order came as a medium fry instead of the large I paid for(see attached picture hadn’t even left the drive thru window yet) they gave us the wrong drinks twice so we ended up with 8 drinks instead of 3. We had them throw away 4 of them because we didn’t need or want half of them, all the employees were rude except the gentleman who ran our food outside, he apologized and sounded sincere about it. If you’re wanting McDonald’s avoid this place like it has Covid-19. I will never go back to this location as long as I live.

I do not any eat any other food. It is not a healthy place to eat at all I may stop and get a drink. And then you got to fight with the kids so you stop and get a Happy meal once in awhile for a treat. Other than that. Employees are very nice to help you and always have a smile on their face.

Not sure where you are getting your help at but I would change would change tactics!!! The lazy slow rude FAT white girl at the pick up window is to busy holding up the counter to hand food to your customers. If she worked for me...she would be cleaning restrooms and begging to get back to the window to help people in a timely manner. Seek better help.

Every time I go through drive thru, it’s always something. The staff is very rude & disrespectful. Don’t even say anything. Just hands you the order and closes the window. And even after I corrected them at the window today for my order. They still handed me the wrong one. As a manager my self, I am very disappointed with the staff, service & the food it’s self.
