Overall BurgerIM was a good experience at a decent price point. Burgers are small, slider size with various options for meat and toppings. They also have other non-Burger options. Tonight we had beef burgers and Sweet and Spicy wings. The wings: A solid offering with good crunch and a balance of sweetness with spice. The Burgers: I found the burgers juicy with fresh toppings and the excellent bread. While the meat was flame grilled it lacked seasoning and the Wow factor I hoped for leading this to be more of a 4.5 rating (but Google doesn’t give me that option). In the world of burger offerings in Lubbock, BurgerIM makes my top 5. I look forward to trying other options and sides. I hope they maintain their quality and freshness.

BurgerIM was a bland experience at best and that goes for the burgers themselves. Burgers were bland and forgettable, fries were not fries but thick chips which were soggy in the middle. Onion rings were breaded thick but again were soggy close to the tiny onion inside. The only thing that actually saved this from being a 2 star review was the Turkey burger. I had a Turkey slider "Cowboy Style" and it was great, flavors popped and burger was actually juicy. Go for the Turkey sliders/burger but skip the rest. The restaurant was on the smaller side but was very clean, drink station was a little dirty and needed to be wiped down. Service was great; the cashier explained the menu and how to order and was very helpful but when he's serving bland food it ruins the experience.

Delicious! I dont know why this place isn't in DFW or I just missed it. I'm so glad I walked in and grabbed Turkey burger. It was very good and prepared fresh. This is a newly developed area which is pretty hot in a college town. Full service bar and plenty of TVs to catch a game.

I had lunch there today with my family and to be honest I was sceptical about the menu. I am soooooooo glad I stayed, it was one of the most flavorful burgers I've eaten. I regret not getting the names of the guys working. The service we received was excellent, it took us a long time to figure out what we all wanted (there were four of us) . Myself and my daughter inlaw chose the aged beef burger. I added peper jack cheese and a fried egg. I never expected it to have the flavor of true aged beef but it did! One son had the baked chicken the other has a gluten allergy (not just a gluten free choice) he gets deathly ill. They had a selection for him? The food, the service and the prices (under 60$ for everything) will guarantee my family will be regulars here. GREAT JOB!

Service was slow. The only person in the front spent 5 minutes on the register and a pad apparently transfering orders from one to the other. The new larger burger with fries and a coke was just over $12. The burger was good, but the fries tasted like onion rings.

We had the place to ourselves for the mkst part on a saturday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful as this was our first time to visit. They have many meat choices- beef, chicken, salmon, aged beef... - and lots of topping choices. They have fries, sweet potatoe fries and onion rings as well as several different salad options. Definately a repeatable....

When this place first opened, it was good. We came here tonight and have been waiting 30 minutes for our order. There are hardly any people here. As I am typing this, some people have been waiting to order for about 10 minutes and nobody has come to the register. Edit. Just got our food and it was cold. Getting our money refunded and going somewhere else. Not coming back.

Great service and great food.this is a place we plan on visiting again and again. I love the way that you can build your own burger and put just what you want on it. They have many different types of meats that you can choose from. I am sure that you will be able to find something that fits your taste in here. There's salmon burger is good they're little mini burgers are good also their fries are okay.
