Very disappointed in my recent visits to Mrs. Fields. I really look forward to yummy cookies even though they can be overpriced. I got a cookie last week and a few this week as well. However, whenever I ate the cookies they were almost stale and did not seem fresh. I have also noticed during closing time they put the cookies up, to use the next day. Usually the cookies were always fresh but now they aren't the same and not worth $5 a cookie.

The cookies weren’t fresh at all and when I asked the owners what happened they never responded to me. The owners are rude and ignorant of customer service.

Everything was over priced and the owners we completely rude and the cookies were stale.

Great cookies that always taste fresh! Highly recommend! The staff I have encountered are always kind and friendly.
