We don’t hardly do this but, we have just experienced spoiled meat!! I am just now getting my smell back and before I took another bit my husband knocked out the burger from my hands and told me to STOP EATING THAT!! It was no good. Please be careful.

I met my girlfriend there for lunch on Thursday. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very reasonable and tasty. And I've got a free frosty pass I bought in Dec so I can get a free frosty every time I visit, oh I bought one of those for my girlfriend too. Good job guys

Food was old dry overcooked there was salt on the fried even after order no salt on them they should have been fresh but they are not this drink had a serving taste in the chicken nuggets were not done correctly they were over cooked so much so I spit it out instantly

Disgusting!! No one has a passion for cooking. They just throw it together just for fast service. I hate hamburger meat, but I will eat it if it's cook well done. It was very cold and the fries were cold too. Just Disgusting!!!

I wasn't able to get a receipt because supposedly the receipt machine wasn't working the girl at the window was rude and I don't know why they asked what kind of sauce I wanted if they're not going to put it in the bag..

I walked in at 10:28, knowing they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I asked if they were still serving it, and they said yes, so I was glad I beat the cut off! A few minutes after I ordered, one of the ladies came out and politely and apologetically said they’d already started prepping for lunch. Totally fine, I knew I was cutting it close. They asked if I wanted something else but they said it would be a minute as they were transitioning. So I waited a bit, and had some things to take care of anyway, so no problem. It was ready more quickly than I anticipated. I opened the bag when I got to my car and saw the breakfast potato wedges and thought “yay, they had some of those left” - the main reason I get their breakfast. But when I got back to my office I opened the sandwhich and it was what I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised! They didn’t say anything and I normally check orders before leaving, but didn’t this time.
The last time we went in to this particular location, it wasn’t a fantastic experience (I mean everyone has an off day), so I was hesitant, but I’m glad I did! They were very friendly!
I should have gotten the names of the gentleman who took my order and the lady that spoke to me regarding the issue, they were very nice about everything! And seriously probably the most pleasant people I’ve interacted with when something like that has happened!

App never put order in wasn't able to use code line took forever its freaking fast food people! For the price you guys charge you should be able to afford someone to fix your app.

After repeating my order 3 times (items on the menu without modifications) it still came out wrong. All of the employees were standing around talking, not paying attention. Wrong orders happen so I decided to eat it anyway. That was until I took a bite and realized it was overloaded with condiments.
