Order through drive up was wrong, went inside to get the right food and that’s when I noticed that the drinks and food that had been returned by other guests had promptly sent to customers in drive through window.
Food was set on the floor before being cooked and or served, I asked for a refund and it was refused..
This was the worst service I have ever received by this company and I will not go back again. I have photos of this experience and plan on posting them after they are seen by Texas Health & Safety gets to see them first.
Highly recommend that continued customers ensure the food they purchase is fresh and correct in front of their own eyes for the safety of themselves and / or families.

Great staff, great food. Really like the pickles on the chicken. Breading is to die for on the chicken. Can't rate this restaurant high enough.

Waited for an hour, got a soggy piece of lettuce and a single pickle. Thank you chic fil la for letting me down time and again.

Service was terrible. The lady helping me didn't smile at all and was rude and gave me a dirty look when I asked for the sauce that they forgot to give me in the first place. My fries were filled up half way and that's being generous. Overall so disappointed.
Update went again today and they still haven't changed lady was super rude and messed up my order and when I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't. Worst chick fil a ever, if you can go off campus I would because this is not what chick fil a is supposed to be like.

Shot here to grab a quick meal while my son had a baseball tournament at Tech. Just like every other location and every other time - the service is quick, people are overly friendly, order is accurate and food is hot and tasty. Utilized 2 stall drive-thru. Long line but went by quickly. It’s clear that quality and training at this organization is top notch. Always very well done. Frequent visitor. Always an A! Excellent as always! Great menu options and the staff was on top of things. Always a good place to eat!

I get better service at McDonald's. Please make an effort to actually get my order right or at least don't make it so hard to get help when you inevitably mess it up. I expect better from Chick-fil-A

Be prepared to wait in line! I've also noticed that the prices here are slightly higher than the restaurant, on top of sometimes slow service since they get super busy for breakfast & lunch. Good ol chick fil a, the fastest growing restaurant franchise in the States.
