I have been going to this place for a long time, and I always love the food! The woman at the front has always been short, which I had no problem with. I understand they are very busy, and she has a lot to do so I never really paid it any mind. Last week I came in, and she was a complete raging witch. She served me the wrong thing, when I got the food I asked what it was, and she was having none of that. She told me it was what I ordered, always has been, and that's what I was getting. I was a little shocked, so I went back to my car and then looked at the food. I had paid a lot more than I usually pay so after a bit of starring at the bag, I went back in insisting that I get what I asked for. She declined, told me she didn't even have what I asked for, and was yelling hysterically and trying to mock me with another customer. After a while of watching her bicker and scream I finally got a refund and left without any food. I would love to come back here sometime because it's some of my favorite food in Lubbock! But I won't be in there for a while, or as long as I see her at the counter.

First time trying it today and got the Mei Fun special with broccoli instead of shrimp and they charged a dollar for it. I don't mind but the chicken and beef taste like a sponge! Now I know to only get vegetables next time. The meat is not worth it. In the pics I added soy sauce to the noodles... Should have took a pic before eating

I went to get some food yesterday evening and they lady or girl that was in the front was very rude and she did not have no custom service at all and my food was hard and the rice was not cooked well and my daughter gave me her food cause she found a hair in at and so we couldn't eat our food at all and so I am off work and now I am heading back to get my money back with all the food in the bag how it came

Very clean, quick service, food made fresh when ordered. Sweet and sour chicken is a very large portion, so beware! House Special Lo Mein was really good with lots of beef, chicken and shrimp. Also ordered Fried Dumplings which were very food, but only have 7 in an order so hard to split between 2 people. This is worthy of a return visit....
