Delicious and super cute heart cookies for Valentine’s Day! Ordering and pickup options made it so easy. A sweet treat with my sweet guy! They didn’t last long in our house! And the icing on top of our Cookies By Design experience? The message I wanted on the card, they hand wrote. Just a fun and sweet added touch that impressed me! Great customer service! The lady I spoke with was awesome. She reassured me that the cookie cake would be delivered the same day. The delivery person text me when the cake was delivered and my son and his roommates said that the cookie cake was delicious! Made it easy for this Mama that is so far away to give her son a great birthday experience his first year at college.

I soooooo love Cookies By Design in Lubbock, TX. I live in Houston, and I wish we had one here. My daughters both live in Lubbock (and nieces), and this is my go- to for the perfect gift for all special holidays/occasion. These talented people do such a great job, and they text you once they made the delivery, not to mention, the cookies taste AMAZING! I love you guys!! I went in the shop as a first time customer, I picked out a few cookies asking the worker if they were fresh she said yes, which was not true i bit into all my cookies and they were hard! Did not taste good/fresh at all! very very disappointing

Cookies by Design-Lubbock is AWESOME! The cookies are beautiful and delicious, and the service is fantastic! They knocked it out of the ballpark on an order for my sons birthday. They also do the most amazing Texas Tech themed cookies.
