Ordered a Taco Party Pack (9 hard / 3 soft) via the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes to get my 12 tacos.. the staple of a Taco Bell. After finally getting said tacos, they looked like a child made them. Empty and flat (see photos). There a reason this location has such low ratings. Overall, I will never eat at this location again.

Don’t even deserve one star. Couple of weeks ago I ordered chicken chipotle melts and there wasn’t even hardly any meat or sauce was mostly a basic tortilla with cheese. I ordered today and the 2 boys playing and not paying attention gave me all 5 layer burritos. Should probably hire kids who actually want a job not kids who are more worried about playing around in the back sending out completely WRONG ORDERS!!!!

Food was good but people working there Did not have proper language they were Yelling and cussing in the back Employees walking out to their car sitting in the car coming back in going back out I was nervous for my kids didn't know what to expect. I was not very happy for them using foul language around my kids Needs better management restrooms We're very messy . Today's date 6/4/2022 Today's time Write about 4:30 PM.

I got to the drive through around 10:00. There were five cars in front of me. By the time I was next in line, it was 10:40. At that point two employees came outside and told me, and all of the cars behind me, that they were not accepting any more cars.
I sat there for almost an hour and I didn't even get any food.
Edit: Tried this location again to see if it was just one bad experience. I've been in line for an hour, with 5 cars in front of me when I got here. Now, there are two. Worst location I've EVER been to.

It's been awhile since I ate Taco Bell I used to do it when I wanted something cheap. Thats no longer the case paid something like $7.99 for three soft tacos that barely had any food in them. To say I was disappointed is an understatement I won't be eating at Taco Bell ever again.

After getting some raw chicken from braums, I can always count on Taco Bell for staying true to their cook times and recipes. Even 1 mins before close. 🤙 ❤️

Got a late lunch here on 7-16-21. They ommited one of my items at the drive thru and I asked them about it. Their apologetic and caring attitude made this a memorable and excellent visit. I think customers don't mind mistakes when a business demonstrates this level of customer service and appreciation! I love this store
