Taco Villa

Consistently the worst taco villa in Lubbock. I don’t know if I’ll go back to this location. My order is always wrong and the staff is always upset that they have to work. Awful customer experience and the manager was awful too. Tonight, I asked for the new avocado cream and they said they can’t put that on there. Ok? I’ve done it before but whatever. Then my burrito was wrong. I had to go inside and they took FOREVER to remake it. Almost purposefully… they had to ask me 3 times what was wrong with my order and were frustrated talking under their breath. The manager finally walked up to me and was rude. He made it and just threw it all together. Didn’t even try. I know restaurant workers are not doing well right now but this location is CONSISTENTLY bad. This was first time a manager was rude like that. Absolutely no customer service or a care in the world.

Went through Drive thru around 9ish on 4/29/22- It was so loud in the background with all the laughing and talking and the girl taking my order acted like it was my fault she couldnt hear me after repeating it 3 xs, but when I got to the window, I figured out why it was loud when everyone was standing right by the window giggling and screaming. The boy who gave me my order was kind and I appreciated his help, but the young blonde girl rolled her eyes when I asked for the right thing to be given because of course it was wrong when I checked. I mistakenly didnt check the other two items in the bag and when I got home, it was wrong too. I now remember why I go to the slide and 98th location over this one. Though this one is closer, I always have a bad experience. Never again. 🥴👎
