The food is pretty good, came out hot, fast friendly service. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the only drawback was the large (2 inches long) dead roach laying on its back right outside the bathrooms on the floor. I was glad it was dead but I wonder how many others were around and where it crawled before it died. Any employee that walked down that hall should have seen and swept up that bug before customers saw it.

The burrito was decent. I got the Buffalo beyond meat and it was overcooked and crunchy /hard. The taste was good but that just made it difficult to eat. The side of hummus wasn't even 2 ounces and tasted store bought. If you're looking for quick and Americanized Mediterranean food or should be good, but I really didn't enjoy it. Was not worth the money to me. Workers were nice.

Love this place! Has a special coupon available half the time, great selection for vegetarians, and the staff is always friendly. Had a manager training a new employee, he picked up on me being a vegetarian based on my order and had the trainee get a fresh pair of gloves without me even asking. It's those little customer service touches that keep me coming back.

We didn't have to wait at all which was nice, and the staff were nice. However, I ordered the boom boom black bean and they got my order wrong, and I got a spicy black bean instead. It was still good and I didn't notice until I was a few bites in because that's where I started noticing the meat. I'm not a vegetarian, but I wanted a meatless meal that day. It just would have been nice if they got my order right.

Looking for a quick bite and found this place. Our food was ready extremely quickly and the staff was quite friendly. All ingredients looked tasty, it was pretty difficult to decide what to get. Overall, had a great experience and left the place quite full and happy to have discovered a good pita spot.

7/11/17 11:07am Totally not busy. Amazing food quality, Staff is fantastic. Totally buying another. Veggies way more fresh than Subway. 100% Better then most Subways in Lubbock Texas. Especially the tomatoes.
6/16/17-Not busy tried another local pita which had breakfast and lunch mix. It was awesome loved it. Please ask about the local pitas. Tomatoes are much more fresh looking then any subway location.
6/2/17-Amazingly fresh as always. I was happy I good get breakfast pita late in the morning that was awesome. I did tip because the person did an amazing job. If the people do a good job please tip them.

Great place to get a customized Pita. It is a lot like a sandwich. Their veggies are always fresh, and their sauce selection is really good. I personally like to get the chicken with terryaki and mushrooms, along with other vegetables. You can also request that they grill your veggies, so you have no limits. I believe it to be better than Subway.

Food is great, management is accommodating, but staff acted like they hated their life. Smiling or at least acting like you're concerned with customer orders helps...just try smiling a little. You don't have to show teeth and grin ear to ear. Just a little cordialness improves customer experience. Okay-ish.
