Place was clean and great food. The staff here is extra helpful. The chicken was a little over done, but the fries okra was so delicious. When you eat in, it feel like a restaurant and not fast food. Loved our visit.

Its been a long time since the last time I tried this location due to a previous bad experience, thought I should give them another chance. You guys got me again. 30 minute wait for a chicken waffle.... with no chicken.

Staff are illiterate, can't read capital letters "ALLERGIC TO PICKLES, PLS DO NOT PUT ANY ON SANDWICH".
Got home to find 3 pickles on the burger. It's not rocket science people...
The mac and cheese was very watery.
On stuff other family members ordered the chicken was very overdone and beyond greasy.

Ordered food at 12:27 (time stamp on receipt). It is currently 1:03 and we do not have our food. 36 minutes and counting. Update: 1:14. Got our money back and left. Still no food.

Came and ate here with a friend last week and this week two months ago they started charging for and extra sauce.... This is absolutely ridiculous some work manager if I ate inside o could have another work no problem 🥴

Ordered chicken sandwich meal. No a single piece of vegetable in the sandwich. Chicken is very bland. The fries were not fresh at all. Tastes like they’ve been sitting out for a while.
Employees were indifferent and not polite. I said thank you multiple times to two employees(one cashier, one server), didn’t get any thank back.
Manager: please do your job and train your employees.
