I have yet to dine in here, but take out is and always has been great for the past few years I have been ordering from here. If you're a cheese lover on pizza this place is a must! I just wish the cheese would stay on the pizza. The staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope the dine in experience is great as well. This place is always packed.

I always see this place busy with patrons when I drive by. I haven’t been to this place in years, and assumed by the constant crowd it must be decent, or are people too lazy to drive 20 minutes for good food. I obviously had forgotten how bad it was. Below is a picture of what they are somehow calling “Chicken Romano”. It’s literally a chicken patty, cut into strips, with two slices of lemon. Who cuts chicken Roman into strips anyway, unless you’re serving it to a 2 year old, which is probably the age of a person with the right palate that would appreciate this tasteless panko/shake n bake excuse for Romano. We ordered 3 meals, they were all subpar, but no need to waste more of my time describing each bland item. I will say that their dinner roll, was surprisingly really good. Do yourself a favor, keep driving, to maybe Laddles, or if you want some really good Italian, The Verona Village inn, or just go anywhere to avoid this place.

Amazing food, huge portions, affordable price. Most of all they truly care. Had memorial meal after my father in law's funeral and planned to have chocolate milk (his favorite) toast. They brought out champagne glasses for us to use for the emotional special occasion!

I found myself here for a memorial meal after a funeral. The service was great, the food was delicious, the portions were huge (I kept finding more and more chicken parm as I moved my spaghetti!) and I'm very glad I got to try a restaurant that I otherwise would likely never have made it to. I can definitely say that when we are in the area visiting family again, I will be back!

First time going here. The service was great, fast, didn't take long to get my food once ordered l. The food was great I ordered the Chicken A La Mafia. The Alfredo sause was perfect and the portion was generous ! Definitely would come back here again .

This was our first visit to Villa Ballance, there were eight of us celebrating my husband's birthday. Visiting this restaurant was like visiting a big, loud boisterous happy Italian family. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The menu is extensive, everyone ordered something different, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We are looking forward to returning soon.

And the Family 👪 there who Run and work at the Restaurant have that Italian Accent!!😉✌️ the Food is Absolutely awesome 👌😋 Was packed with costumes on a Wednesday evening and the service was great 👏 and Quick!!
