A neighborhood bar. Does not make any excuses for what it is. CASH ONLY! Daytime mostly retired guys that are regulars. Nights a different crowd weekends especially. Mixture of ages. From college age to grandmothers dancing up a storm. Drinks are affordable likely the lowest prices in downtown.

Love this place. Only place in Lowell to get a table and a drink at a decent price. I am 32 and have been a regular patron for 19 years. It's a bit of a dive, but it's my favorite place in the area to hang out with a group.

This bar has been around and has made a good name for itself with the older and younger generation with its historical atmosphere whether you like to play pool or karaoke, The DJ will get you up and dancing.💯👍fun.

Cash only with the nearest ATM across the street. They charged us $2.75 for a small glass of soda that was mostly ice. Our cups were smaller than the mixed drinks at our table. There could not have been more that four ounces of soda.

I met my husband Angel Ortiz there; he passed away in April 2017. Dick and Lauren had our wedding reception there May 24, 2003. It was wonderful memories....I love Cappy's and all my friends. Thank you❤️

Great service, friendly customers and good atmosphere. Have only been there during the day, as I work nights, so I have no idea of the night staff. I stop by to have a couple sodas and they seem happy to have me there.

Good for dancing and billiards age group is 21 to 101 you won't see that many places

There's an older lady in there with glasses that supposedly runs the bar with TERRIBLE customer service. If you dont want black people in your establishment just put a sign outside.
