Went here with my boyfriend for dinner. I ordered the Mango Chili Chicken, he order the Just Bacon Burger as part of the 3 for $10.99 deal. While the burger and fries were good, the burger was served before the drink and side which we ended up having to ask multiple times for. To make matter worse, the broccoli with the Mango Chili Chicken was barely cooked. The server took the broccoli back, only to bring it back 5 minutes later not cooked much more.
The overall experience was bad and the combined wait time was unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars (and not 1) is because the burger and margarita were pretty good IMO.

Food 1 Star since we need to rate it
Service was 4 because I understand staffing shortages.
The menu was more flavorful, than the food itself.
The fried pickles are by far amazing. The portion size, was great. Perfect for two people, or a meal for one person.
When it came to meal, they messed up what I ordered. So the loaded fries to my meal came out first. They were cold, and underwhelming in flavor. It was like they microwaved the cheese, and the fries became soggy.
The chicks I ordered... if I wanted Chinese Chicken Fingers, I would have gone for
Chinese food.
Visually it's appealing. Taste wise, I won't be returning. If this is "Tex-Mex", boy oh boy, Chillis needs to rebrand their style.

Parking: lots of parking available outside.
Seating: Ample of seating capacity
Service: the service was quite slow even though there were handful of customers. 2 out of 5 star for service
Food: we preferred cheddar bites, black bean burger and chicken enchiladas
Complimentary salsa and chips- chips were salty. Salsa was watery. They can certainly learn from other Mexican restaurants out there. These two should never make to the customer table.
Cheddar bites: Over fried. Burger kings Jalapeño bites are way better.
Black bean burger: it was good.
Chicken enchiladas: okayish.
Overall it was not feel good experience. Generally when you are done eating you feel good but that wasn't the case with this place. Not recommended.

the food is good, and the staff are cool, especially the thumbs up server, just because him this place would deserve 10 stars

Slow but friendly service. Slow hostess, slow but friendly waiter, slow kitchen even though the place was more then half empty. Burgers were pretty dry, over cooked and tasteless. Petrified chicken breast. This place used to have great tasty burgers. Something changed. Two stars for the friendly waiter. Will not be visiting again.

I went there tonight with 1 adult and 3 kids. I will say they were clearly under staffed ( new normal) Meagan was a great waitress through all of it. We had to send something back to the kitchen and she continued to check in with us . I guess quality over quantity really makes a difference. All around valuable employees.
