Greek food over live music and belly dancer. Everyone liked the taste of the foods (entree) and finished the whole plate. When music and dancer starts their performances, it gets really loud and hard to speak with your friends and communicate with the waiter. They automatically place a 20% gratitude which I think shouldn't be the case. The food is overpriced considering what you get. Rice pudding had a lot of problems. It had too much rice and rice was not cooked.

Went here for dinner along with the music and belly dancing. I ordered the Chicken Kabob over Greek Salad and the Galaktaboureko. Both were good, but the service was a bit slow. The music and belly dancing was good, but the bathroom needs a serious renovation.

Lunch for two plus tip came to $37. Did not like the red sauce on my rice pilaf, and the portion of overcooked lamb and sauce in the gyro was less than generous. The lemon soup was rather bland. Also, the ladies room was not all that clean. The atmosphere was tired and lackluster

Came from out of town and being Greek wanted to eat in a Greek restaurant. I was a little disappointed with the food. The half chicken was so dry I could not hardly eat it. Husband had a gyro, which was okay but not the best. The waitress was fine but did not even know how to pronounce gyro. Best part was the retsina. I have to assume that it is more americanized than Greek. Sad.

(TAKE OUT) Got the gyro sandwich with a side of rice. Disappointed that the gyro was essentially 2 slices of meat, tzatziki sauce, and a pita. Didn't think the flavor was anything special. The menu lists tomatoes, onions, and parsley that were basically non-existent. The rice came with marinara sauce on top (not indicated on menu). The rice tasted good, but I'm not a fan on the marinara sauce on top. Overall meal was mediocre.

Sometimes, mistakes are made, and that's ok. It's ok if an employee has a bad day and maybe isn't as friendly as many expect in this culture. I didn't experience anything like that here, but what I did experience on my last visit was far worse. When I stopped in to pick up a delivery order, the place was completely packed with people standing in about every possible square foot of space. There was a woman spewing right-wing conspiracies into a microphone as some in the crowd expressed their agreement. Clearly, some rally of the uninformed was occurring. How could a restaurant provide a platform for such dangerous rhetoric? How could they expect the team members to work under such verbally abusive conditions? You might have the best food I've ever had, but you can be sure I'll never care to find out.

We didn’t like the food here. And we didn’t get enough food to justify the high prices. The shrimp salad was iceberg lettuce, 2 tomato wedges and a sad amount of shrimp. The suvlaki sandwiches had 5 bites of grilled chicken (dry and chard) and tzaziki. No tomato, letuce, onion despite us asking for them to be included. The lamb sandwich also had nothing but meat and bread. They charged us $5.95 for a sad little box of soggy fries. Seriously the worst fries ever, cold, limp and unsalted. Cafeteria food is better than this. As someone who travels to Greece often, the Gyros was that fake American type (defrosted strips, rather than carved meat). 4 sandwiches, fries and a salad came to $90 with the tip. Seriously underwhelming. I would never order from them again. And I wish I could take my tip back as the order was wrong and did not include the fixins on the sandwiches. The waitress looked seriously annoyed when we entered and asked for food to go. I guess she didn’t feel like working.

The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. The staff is really friendly and its a very cool atmosphere. Definitely a must try in downtown lowell.
