Some of the best food and service weve eva had ! Baked brie app , the "Upstate" , a prosecco inspired drink , Filet mignon cooked to perfection, melted in the mouth like butter and the heirloom tomato salad with burrata cheese and basil fritters! UNBELIEVABLE ! There outside seating is spacious but cozy. There is nothing like listening to those cobblestones as a few cars drive by. This is definitely the place to be...

My wife and I saw this place on Facebook and I took her here on Saturday night. Our waitress was Amanda and she was wicked nice. Started off with drinks: Martini and a Drunken Pumpkin and they were very delicious, then we stared at the Appetizers for some time and chose the thin crust pizza. First bite was like omg... We ate 3 pieces and got it wrapped up so we wouldn't get to full. We decided on entrees of Chicken and Waffles and Pasta, The chicken was tender and the waffles were pumpkin flavored. Different but delicious, the butternut squash had a great texture to it and was cooked perfectly. I had the pasta and the chicken was excellent add in and the tomatoes had a lot of flavor. It was perfectly sauced. We sat at our table admitting the bistro and decided on dessert. Chocolate Lava cake for the Mrs. and I had the home made ice cream sandwich. The ice cream was perfect and I normally don't like caramel brittle but this was perfect on the top. The lava cake was warm and perfect and the raspberry drizzle was very tasty. It was the most we ever spent at a restaurant but it was worth it and we will be back. Top 10 favorite places to eat.

Small menu with just the right about of options. Although we were one off the free customers in there, everything took a VERY long time to arrive, even the water. Other than that, the food was delicious!

Great food! I ordered the spicy burger and it was downright delicious! Also ordered the vegetarian spicy burger and was told by my friend that it was the BEST vegetarian burger they had ever had!! I was impressed. Also a very cozy and comfortable dining area. Fries aren't quite my style...soft and dark but unique fries nonetheless. Highly recommended!!

Chef Scott is at it again. I had the chili to start. Then a venison stew and finished the night with a lava cake and chocolate espresso. They always use fresh local product and items sell out quick. Next time your in downtown Lowell or Westford give Fuse Bistro a try. KTQH!

Appetizers: - Complimentary bread was somewhat bad - Thin Crust Pizza was basic and plain but okay. Lunch Item: - Rice Bowl with Pan Seared Tuna had a sweet herby base and tasty seasoning on the tuna Other: -Service was good and staff were attentive -Ambiance was nice and chill, airflow was good inside too

Fuse Bistro has style and delicious food at a reasonable price. On nice days, when warm enough, it is fun to dine outside, al fresco. The cobblestone street, trees, brick firehouse architecture and side street setting add to the culinary experience. One of the great bargains is the Crunch Burger, especially with the Mixed Greens salad. Perfection!

Tuna BLT: Great big cut of tuna with tasty blackened rub. Bacon has great flavor. Could have used a more flavorful spread/ sauce. Baby lettuce Salad w. Tuna: Same cut as the Tuna BLT, big fresh piece very tasty. Overall too much sweetness between the pecans, dressing and walnuts. Minimal amount of pickled veggies. Mainly lettuce. Besides the tuna very unexciting. Gruyere Tater Tots: Mashed potato stuffed full of cheese. Perfect balance of soft inside and crunchy crispy outside. Two bites per tot, they're so big! Highlight of the meal. Over all giving 4 stars due to the large pieces of quality tuna, and the delish tots knocking it slightly above average. There is a promise of more original creations in the menu that we didn't get a chance to sample.
