I went to this location twice over a four-day period. The food is fine, the service was fine. I had a missing item on a drive-thru order, but when I brought it to their attention it was quickly replaced. It was a busy time, so I don't fault the staff. The lemonade is quite good, though smaller than I was expecting.

Got a 5 piece tender meal, either the oil was old or items had been over cooked throughout the day. The fries had a dirty oil taste, and the chicken itself was over cooked and had a dirty oil taste. Both had a terrible aftertaste as well.
I do want to give props to the drive through as it wasn't as slow as usual.

On a snowy evening after a long drive, the lovely lady named Karen in the drive through just gave the name a new image. My husband referred to her as a ray of sunshine. This might have been the best customer service we’ve had in years.

Super nice staff! Food was hot and had good taste! No long wait was nice. Just need to slow down a bit making the sandwiches, so they are more proportioned instead of heavy on one side and slim on the other. Overall a great place to eat.
