Previously well managed, pleasant and accurate with orders; now, since Covid, things are slow, the to-go order menu has had a light out for 6+ months so nearly impossible to see at night, and little things like leaving out your sauce are occurring. The food remains good as far as Wendy's food goes! But occasionally the fries are not so good...more consistent than the local McDs, however.

Hands down this Wendy's has by far the best quality food compared to others I have been to as I travel the US for my job but I gave it a 3 star rating for the inconvenience of the drive thru. When someone has a vehicle that exceeds the height restrictions in the drive thru... They really need to consider doing something different with it making it more convenient for larger vehicles!! Not mention it's very narrow

I am order number 379814315. It can be verified by my receipt that I arrived at Wendy's location 9967 at 10:20 a.m. Sunday morning, 02/27/2022. Upon arrival, the employees were slow to respond to me, and when they finally had, informed me they had no record of my order. I had confirmed my procession of a receipt on my phone for the order, but they had rejected this information with the explanation of "it isn't on our system." They informed me I would have to contact customer service, so I pulled out of the drive-thru and did so. Only to find out that an international fast-food company doesn't offer weekend customer service. Shortly after, I confirmed that the amount of my order has indeed been charged to my Wells Fargo account, so I had to pull back into the drive-thru and wait in line a second time. The next time I made it to the intercom, it was 10:29 a.m. The staff once again informed me they did not have my information in their system. It was only when I informed them that I had a charge to my bank account and receipt to prove my words that they suddenly retorted with "Oh, we have you." In a brazen, nonchalant manner. They then proceeded to make me wait until 10:42 a.m. to bring me my order, leaving me none of the sauces I had asked for. Very disappointed with morning shift.

Paid for meal via mobile order, employees claim they didn’t receive order. Told us to contact customer service. Customer service won’t answer. Cant get refunded. Likely this was an attempt to run the clock on breakfast time since we arrive 30 mins before breakfast ends. Edit: drove around again. Said they still hadn’t received order. Told them there was charge to account and receipt for order. They said they had order. Hopefully, there won’t be spit in it. Edit again: ordered sauces, did not get sauces.

They were out of Sprite they had to get from the drive thru and the cost for one Sprite and a cup of ice was 5 bucks woe and 5 minutes from the lunch menu and wouldn't make a burger tell the time it said we just left with a five dollar Sprite yep one drink 5 bucks!

Driving through the area after a full morning/early afternoon of outdoor activity and I had eaten nothing all day, so I was hungry, maybe dangerously close to hangry! This location was pretty busy when I got in the drive-thru line but the staff was definitely serving people quickly and professionally, so there wasn’t much of a wait. The lady who took my order and payment was SO nice. I had even spoken my own order incorrectly and she kindly corrected it to the kitchen for me! The lady at the pickup window was very nice and wished me a good day as well. My chicken sandwich and fries were very hot and fresh. Thank you all for being awesome! Very friendly crew on 9/11/21 at about 2PM. I appreciate you all!
