Black Jack Pizza

10/5 stars. I ordered a couple pizzas last night to my hotel at 8:57, not knowing the place closed at 10. Delivery was estimated 45 minutes. 9:45 rolls around, nothing, 10, nothing, I’m feeling dumb/guilty for not checking the time BUT at around 10:20 I get a call from the front desk saying my zza’s are here. Praise to be the tall delivery man with long curly hair who got it out here despite the store closing at 10, despite him having more work to do back at the shop. Solid guy, great tasting pizzas.

Such poor quality food. It is not even the food itself that is bad, it is how it is carelessly thrown together. I used to order from here regularly but after multiple orders that looked like they were put together by someone who hates their job, my last order from them had boneless wings so they just put the uncovered wings in a box and lightly drizzled a bit of sauce on the top of them. They were terrible. I sent an email to Blackjack explaining why my order was bad and they didn't think it merited a response back. If you live near this Blackjack then trust me, there are many other local pizza places around here that have much better food for maybe a fraction more. Treat yourself.

I ordered through the website, which I've done dozens of times before with no problem at all, but this time it went sideways. The form said that I hadn't entered a CVV, which I had, and didn't actually create an order. My credit card was charged though. That seemed a bit odd, so I called the store to confirm that they had received my order. They hadn't. After playing a bit of phone tag I spoke with the manager, who promised to have the owner call. I never did receive a call from the owner, but the charge was refunded promptly. So I never did get my pizza, due to a weird technical glitch, but these guys handled it right.

Blackjack Pizza in Louisville, CO. This place charges $5 delivery fee, and then expects a driver tip on top of that, yet the driver can't even get the delivery right. He delivered to a neighbor two blocks away. When I called Blackjack about the mistake, they didn't care. No free pizza, not even a coupon. I won't be ordering from this place ever again. P.S. The delivery fee goes to the owner, not the driver.

Every time o order it takes forever last time I ordered i just got them to cancel after an hour and a half and they acted like it was no big deal. Great pizza! Finally I got my pizza hot and delicious in an acceptable amount 9f time. Thank you! Louisville has turned it around great experiences the last two times. I love your pizza and employees!
