Awesome and healthy place to eat!! We need one back home in Owasso, Oklahoma! I will definitely be back before I leave Louisville and will catch the Austin, TX location in two weeks!

My partner and I dropped in looking for a healthy gluten-free, vegan lunch. There are nice choices for those. I got the "big" option, there was no need, the servings are generous! I may go back for the Shrimp Bowl. I cheat with fish all the time. I wasn't sure of what to make of the fountain drink offerings. I was tired and not in the mood to read fine print. There were lots of choices. I recommend those place. The employees were busy but answered my silly questions nicely.

It was good. Nothing wrong with it. Seriously busy. I get that this place is marketed to the average American that believes if it has lettuce then its health food, but having menu items that focus on non meat options since it'd marketed as a healthy option would be a great thing.
