Parma Trattoria And Mozzarella Bar

The food is absolutely amazing, on top of that it’s the best gluten free pasta and pizza I have ever had! We have a great experience when we eat there and the food is still amazing for takeout. Last but certainly not least is their out-of-this-world fresh warm bread and pesto dipping sauce that I would drink if bread wasn’t present. Highly recommend!

Meh. This place came highly recommended, but we really didn't enjoy it. To the point where ended up grabbing chinese takeout on our way back to the hotel. This is the first time I've ever had to do this. 🍜 We had the manicotti and the spaghetti of meatballs. Our friends had the same dishes that night and liked them a little better than we did, but wouldn't order them again. 🤷‍♂️ Also, it's cold eating outside in the winter tent area. 👎 Could be two stars, but they had beer 🍺

Just wow this place is so good! I don't know how anyone could give this place a bad review--just sounds like a bunch of crabby people needing to complain about something to me ;). I have been a couple times with a friend and the food is very good. Vodka sauce was the best I've had in a while. The serving sizes are pretty big for their price as well. My friend and I split the apps and the gnocchi with vodka sauce and it was more than enough for two people. Also make sure to try the fresh Mozzarella!! Price was a tad on the upper side, comparable to cheesecake factory but well worth it. I will be back again and I can't wait to show my other friends this hidden gem.

Caesar salad was excellent. Pizza was a large portion and on par with a true Italian taste. Coccoli was good but too salty. Water was very good.

Average Italian food. We had their Linguine Scampi, the spaghetti and meatball, their calamari, bread and oil, and their cannoli all on an empty stomach. We were ready to dig in but nothing stood out. Rather than scarfing it all down, everyone left potions of their meal with no intent to finish it later. Want good Italian food that will stand out, try somewhere else.

Writing this review while I'm still sitting here because this place is AMAZING. Little bit of a wait to get in on a Friday night, but it was so worth it!! We got the lasagna, a bufala salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and rigatoni and every dish was STELLAR. Fastest service I've ever received at a restaurant...our food was out 5 minutes after ordering. Michael was our server and was fantastic, attentive, very knowledgeable about the wine selection, and made great food suggestions for our party's dietary needs. I'm only visiting the Denver area for the weekend, but would seek this place out again next time and highly recommend it.
