I stopped by while passing through and it was the best chicken I've had in a long time... Jacob served me and told me a bit about the chain since I was the only one there. Apparently they're expanding; I can see why!

The lady working the front was very nice. She let us sample so much and was very patient. The food was delicious and felt like a kiss to our hearts.

The customer service was 11/10. This was my first time here and I had no idea what to order. They were nice enough to let me sample a lot of their food. Good stuff, too. I decided on the Drunk Chicken today but will return for the Honey Sriracha. I will be back.

This place is straight fire 🔥 and very affordable. Mybwife and I usually split the gumbo or jambalaya amd them get 2 sides - corn stew and either Mac or mashed potatoes. We will be out the door for under $25 and with leftovers. Everything tastes so good 👍

Cute little house and the food was very good. She gave us samples to see what level of spicy we could stand. 🙂
Our only complaint was that she smoked at the back door, and it drifted in. My wife and daughter had to go sit on the patio to get away from it. I'll go back but on a good day to sit outside or get it to go.

We'd never been there before. The hostess gave us samples of their dishes to help us choose! Can't ask for better than that. Food is delicious. Etoufee, beans and rice, peach cobbler yummy.

These ladies were so very sweet. We're visiting from out of town and they let us sample almost everything on the menu. The crawfish Mac and cheese was delicious, but there wasn't anything that we didn't like. Ettouffe and jambalaya were so good. Definitely be going back!

I'll give this place 10 stars if that's an option - the food is absolutely the BEST. I tried lots of gumbo places and this is the one I would absolutely go back to if I'm in the area. Gumbo sausage, bumblebee stew, Sriracha chicken, voodoo chicken....they are all super tasty. And the staff is also the best staff ever, super friendly and even gave us suggestions for the area.

J Gumbos is delicious... give it a try you won't regret it! They will let you sample any of their dishes, that way you know if you like it! The Bourbon Street Chicken is the best! My son likes hot & spicy and he gets the Vodoo Chicken Nachos. Give it a shot... something different from a hamburger, steak, fried chicken, etc...
