Mcdonald's

This McDonald's must be under new management. When I went in there back in the summer I got the worst customer service I've ever had at a McDonald's. Today it was totally different. Employees were very friendly and took my order right after I walked up to the counter and had my order ready a few minutes later. Business was slow when I was in there. My big Mac meal was good and was still warm when I got home. They keep it nice and clean.

I have recently started dashing while this McDonald’s is always understaffed and the air didn't work all summer. However the morning and early afternoon crew is amazing. They’re always polite and doing their very best to get the food out as fast as they can. Thank you for all your hard work.Your favorite Dasher 💚

This one of the oddest experiences at a McDonalds I have ever had. We went in for dinner and I assume the neighborhood is not great. Their bathrooms are kept locked, but they promptly buzzed me in. The bathroom was not real clean but also not terribly dirty either. We ordered through the mobile app and the food was prepared as ordered, but we selected table service the first time and it was not brought out and took us going up front to find out the hold up to find everything was ready. They seemed to be very short staffed and the person who seemed to be in charge was training another person. With what appeared to only be 4 people working. They were still friendly and courteous and provided decent service, but had loud and somewhat inappropriate music playing for a place with a kid in the store. I can't say overall that the experience was bad. It was already and met our needs and surprisingly for as short staffed as they seemed to be. The cook was a Mexican man and was really on top of things and did everything as ordered. The front desk was double checking him but he was doing a good job in my opinion and keeping up with everything for being the only person in the back.

Ive tried to find something wrong with this mcdonalds. Why bc they are so perfect. You and i both know that there are problems when people pretend to be so good. 8 out 8 times ive been here they have yet make any type of misstakes. Food is always hot fresh and customer service is always on point. The restaurant is cleaner than any other McDonald. The manager Luke' sets an amazing example of Lead by example. All the employees are in perfect uniform with exception to name tags. My thoughts are way to go great timing for this type of change.
