Thank you to “The Man in the Big White Hat”!! I was really pleased with the famous brown sugar wings, and very appreciative of the quality of all 4 dinners purchased! The flavor was outstanding and they were smoked just right! Thanks for making me feel valued as a customer, I’ll always support you!! All the wings in all 4 dinners looked like the pics below, flavorful and juicy…….DELICIOUS!!

Dined in. The staff is pleasant & down to earth. The restaurant was really clean. Now as for the food for some reason the meats were luke warm & not hot at all. The brown sugar wings are extremely small wouldn’t purchase again, but the turkey ribs are really good. The baked beans, hash brown casserole & sweet potato casserole weren’t the best. It’s best to stick to just the seasoned fries. Would visit again only for the turkey ribs & fries if I am in the area.

Their food is great. Their menu is huge, and everything I've had has been tasty, but it's not always available. Careful planning ahead too much for your order, because they often don't have all advertised sides, entrees, or desserts. Also, make sure you double-check your to-go orders. I've been shorted a couple of times. They always make it right, but pay extra attention.

100% THE BEST WINGS IN LOUISVILLE! The Brown sugar cinnamon wings are absolutely delicious! It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory packaged into a party wing. I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning the GIANT Turkey Leg! It was falling off the bone and packed with flavor! They also have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Fried Bologna Sandwiches and Turkey Ribs, not to mention a huge selection of homemade sides! This place might look like a little hole in the wall, but The Man In The Big White Hat (as they all call him) is doing things right at this little BBQ Joint!
